Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 540ml pineapple tin
  • 1 egg
  • 11/2 cup milk
  • 2Tbsp custard powder
  • sugar as per your taste
  • 10 oz full cream or whip cream
  • 5 almond and pistachio sliced

Directions:

  1. Grind pineapple with the syrup in a semi paste and cook for 10 min. on slow flame.
  2. In a medium bowl beat egg, milk, custard powder and sugar for 1 to 2min.
  3. Then pour it in pineapple mixture and stir continuously until it become thick.
  4. Remove from the flame and let it cool.
  5. Then take out in serving dish and add whip cream over the pudding and decorate it with almonds and pistachio.
  6. Refrigerate and serve cool.
