Saudi Community Institute has brought opportunities for HIGHER EDUCATION for Pakistani Community. Dr Rahat who has been very actively participating in serving the community since so many years have now been involved in pioneering the project SCI which promises to be an efficient and improved platform for both the students and future faculty members.
The new management of SCI pays regards and apologizes to all current Stargate students for some unavoidable events that were occurred by the old Management.
SCI has been involved in articulation procedures with many reputed international Universities for providing better quality education to the community. 

SCI achievements in 2009 are the followings:
- 2 years studies completion with SCI, students will be able to transfer their credits to
( University of Middlesex, University of  Newport, University of Wales, London Metropolitan University)
- Approval to introduce EDXCEL system after A LEVEL STUDIES
- Continuity of all past affiliations for all past and future students
